Bumps, Buggies and Barbells is run by Rachel Andrews, a qualified PT specialising in pre and post-natal exercise.

Specially designed for pre and post-natal women, these outdoor fitness classes will take you through safe and effective exercises to keep your body strong during pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Pre-natal classes will focus on strengthening your body to help support your growing bump whilst preparing your body for the physical exertion of labour and birth, using a range of cardio, resistance and core exercises. Post-natal classes will focus on improving muscular endurance using functional movements designed to help with everyday life with a baby, as well as exercises to correct muscle imbalances and postural changes. Both classes will also focus on the all-important pelvic floor muscles.

Babies in buggies are very welcome, meaning you don’t need to worry about fitting in fitness and fresh air alongside feeding, nappy changing and finding someone to look after your baby!

A great opportunity to meet other like-minded mums/mums-to-be in the area.

Classes will take place at Wick park, near Pershore on Mondays and Wednesdays and are booked in blocks of 6 weeks.
