Hello, my name is Dr Elizabeth Hale and I am a Chartered Health Psychologist. I offer individual therapy; group sessions; workshops and workplace consultancy either face-to-face, over the telephone or by video call. I am a Mindfulness practitioner and can provide individual or group programmes.
As a health psychologist, I have specialist training and over 17 years of experience providing psychological support for people who have long term physical health conditions. I also help people who want to make difficult changes in health-related behaviour such as diet, sleep or exercise.
My practice particularly focuses on helping adults (over 18) to manage anxiety and depression; stress; musculoskeletal and rheumatic diseases; chronic pain (including fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome/ME) and poor sleep. I can help with managing the effects of “long-Covid”.
I am HCPC registered and an assured fee provider for some of the main medical insurers.
Individual sessions typically cost from £85-£100 per hour.
Yes, face-to-face sessions are available from my friendly therapy room near Pershore. Each session lasts for an hour.
I use a range of health psychological approaches as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also use Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness.
