Despite our association with the UK Mens’ Shed movement we are a “Gender Neutral” organisation and we welcome members of all ages.
Before Covid we met twice a week in our workshop and occasionally went out to other sites. We lost that workshop during the shutdowns and are in negotiations to move into a larger unit in the centre of Redditch. Here we’ll be carrying on with our wood working but we’ll have the space to expand into other activities.
Originally the Mens' Shed movement was set up to combat loneliness in retired men but today we welcome everyone.
Most of our members are retired but we do have younger members. The only age limit is that you must be aged 18 or over,
