Sing for Health
Sing for Health is so much more than singing! At the beginning of each session we do exercises to get us loosened up, to understand how to breathe properly and how to relax. We sing simple songs which don’t need learning so we can concentrate on the singing. We create harmonies and sing in canon. Our repertoire increases all the time. Benefits, especially during the past 18 months have been company, friendship, keeping body and soul together, making music and looking after our bodies – not only our lungs but everything from brains to feet. Paula is always the same, cheerful and encouraging. She’s embraced more and more technology to make life easier for all of us and as we have gradually moved on she has adapted from total zoom to zoom and face to face. We all wonder at the versatility of this lady. SfH is a wonderful happening.
