Strength and balance for falls prevention. Classes aimed at the older adult to help with balance, mobility, strength, flexibility. Classes are delivered by a fully qualified Phase 4 Postural Stability Instructor. Classes run in Pershore on a Tuesday and via Zoom on a Thursday. Please contact us for more information and to get booked onto a class. We are more than happy to discuss suitability for these classes before attending them.
