Our aim is to make stand-up paddleboarding as accessible as possible whilst following our philosophy of helping folks escape the noise of modern life, reconnect with nature and loved ones whilst learning a new, confidence-building skill that you can take with you on all your travels and adventures. Our approach is patient, calming and whatever is the exact opposite of stress; everyone is a little nervous doing something new for the first time but our teaching style is designed to help you progress at your speed and ensure you have a blissed-out time on the water 🙂
We offer yoga to support healthy bodies and healthy minds, our approach is about bringing nature and the outdoors into your practice and about building the strength and flexibility to keep you moving and get you outdoors as much as possible for as long as possible.
